The Waterfall Community Water Users Association (WCWUA) is sole provider of potable water to property owners in the Composite Waterfall Area.  Water quality is monitored by the NM Environment Department.  Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations for Service Connections, Water Usage Policy and Services, and the Users Agreement empower the Board of Directors to act on behalf of the membership in matters pertaining to the water, the system and its maintenance.  Property owners are required to become members of the Association, adhere to policies, and pay annual dues and fees to receive water and services.

To apply for membership, complete the Application for Service, sign the Water User’s Agreement, attach a copy of your property deed, include a check for member dues and fees, and mail to the WCWUA, 18 Waterfall Dr., Cloudcroft, NM  88317.  Electronic signatures or online payments are not available at this time.  Hard copies of Organization and Water Requirements available by request.

ATTENTION HEATHER WAY RESIDENTS:

There is a leak in the pipes leading to homes on Heather Way. We will be digging to locate the source of the leak. Water will be turned off Tuesday, April 16 at 10:00 AM. Since we are unsure exactly which areas are affected, water will be off for both upper and lower Heather Way residents. Depending on the severity of the leak/damage to the pipes, we cannot assure how long the outage may last. We will do our best to repair the damage before the end of the day. However, we cannot make any guarantees. So, plan ahead.

Please take this time to fill up your water containers and bath tubs with water you and your family may need.
